Who we are

Maidenhead Denture Studio is the trading name of Chris Cowel Castings. The studio is at 156 Windsor Road, Maidenhead, Berkshire, SL6 2DW. For privacy questions email chris@maidenheaddenturestudio.co.uk or write to that address.

What this site collects

If you use the contact form, phone or email, we keep the name, phone number, email address and message you send, and the page the message came from. The admin area uses a sign-in cookie. This site does not run advertising cookies.

Why

Enquiry details are used to reply to you and to arrange appointments. If you tick the optional box on the form, we may email you occasional updates from the studio. You can tell us to stop.

Who else sees it

Messages from the form are sent on by our email provider so the studio can reply. We do not sell your details. Information is shared if the law requires it, or with someone who handles post or email for the studio and only as far as that job needs.

How long it is kept

Enquiry records are kept while they are needed to deal with your request and any follow-up about your dentures, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the personal information we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where the law allows. Email chris@maidenheaddenturestudio.co.uk. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
