Additions and alterations
Add a tooth, ease a sore spot, or alter a denture that no longer matches your mouth.
A denture can be added to when another tooth is lost, and it can be eased when a sore spot appears. Chris does that alteration himself. It is never a good idea to file or bend a denture at home.
If the gums have shrunk, particularly in the months after extractions, a denture may need relining rather than a brand new set. You will be told which it is before any work starts. Additions and alterations are priced for the job in front of us. A straightforward repair starts at £40.

Additions and alterations: questions
More answers are on the questions page.
A new denture is rubbing. What should I do?
Call the studio. Sore spots in the first few days are eased by adjusting the fitting surface. Do not try to adjust the denture yourself.
